Terms of Service

Last updated: March 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brio ("the Service"), operated by Lampa Strategy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Lampa Strategy," "we," "us," or "our"). Brio is a product of Lampa Strategy LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Brio Does

Brio is a software-as-a-service platform that generates digital strategy reports from publicly available website data. You submit a URL, and Brio scans publicly accessible information about that website — including performance metrics, technology stack, SEO signals, security headers, and other publicly visible data — then produces a structured strategy report.

Reports are designed for use by marketing and web agencies as prospection and business development tools. Reports may be white-labeled with your agency's branding.

Brio does not provide legal, financial, or professional consulting advice. Reports are analytical tools generated from publicly available data and should be treated as informational resources, not professional recommendations.

2. Accounts

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts are intended for business use by marketing agencies and related professionals.

Account responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@runbrio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per person or entity. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits or any other restriction is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it current.

3. Free Tier

New accounts receive 3 fully-featured reports at no cost, with no credit card required. Free-tier reports include all sections, white-label functionality, and PDF export — identical in scope to paid reports.

The free tier is limited to 3 reports per account (lifetime). No additional free reports are available after this allocation is used.

Free-tier reports are retained for 90 days. After 90 days, reports and associated data are permanently deleted.

Free-tier accounts inactive for 6 months may be deleted after a 30-day warning period.

4. Paid Plans and Billing

Plans. Brio offers sliding-scale pricing based on monthly report volume, starting at $99/month for 10 reports and scaling to $999/month for 500 reports. Current tiers and pricing are displayed on the pricing page at runbrio.com.

All plans include the full report (Executive Snapshot plus 10 sections), white-label functionality, PDF export, and API access. Plans differ only in monthly report volume.

Overage. Reports generated beyond your plan's monthly allocation are billed at $5 per report, charged to your payment method on file.

Billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews on the same date each month.

Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Brio does not store credit card numbers or payment details. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Price changes. We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Price changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access to the Service and your remaining report allocation until then.

Upon cancellation, your account reverts to a free-tier account. Existing reports remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation, then are permanently deleted.

6. What You Can Do With Reports

Reports generated through your account are yours to use for business purposes, including:

  • Sharing with prospective clients as part of your agency's sales process
  • Including in proposals, presentations, and pitches
  • White-labeling with your agency's branding
  • Downloading and distributing as PDF files

You may not resell raw Brio reports as a standalone product, sublicense access to the Brio platform, or represent the reports as produced by proprietary technology you own. The reports are tools for your agency's business development — not a product to be repackaged.

7. Website Scanning

Brio scans publicly accessible website data to generate reports. By submitting a URL, you confirm that:

  • You are submitting the URL for legitimate business purposes (such as prospecting, competitive research, or client onboarding)
  • You understand that Brio accesses only publicly available information and does not bypass authentication, access gated content, or interact with the scanned website beyond passive observation
  • You will not use the Service to harass, monitor, or target individuals

How scanning works. Brio's scanner ("BrioBot") identifies itself via its User-Agent string and respects robots.txt directives. It accesses only publicly available pages, HTTP headers, DNS records, and data from third-party APIs (such as Google PageSpeed Insights, CrUX, and DataForSEO). It does not submit forms, create accounts, perform load testing, or access any non-public content.

Website owner opt-out. Website owners who wish to prevent scanning can add User-agent: BrioBot and Disallow: / to their robots.txt file, or contact support@runbrio.com to request domain-level exclusion.

Report removal requests. If a website owner requests removal of a report generated about their site, we will comply within 72 hours.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts, reports, or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms behind the Service
  • Use automated tools to create accounts, generate reports, or extract data from the platform beyond the provided API
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Submit URLs with the intent to harm, harass, or stalk the website owner
  • Circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or usage restrictions

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.

9. API Access

All paid subscribers may access the Brio API for programmatic report generation, subject to the following limits:

  • 20 reports per hour, 100 reports per day
  • Maximum 5 concurrent requests
  • Maximum 5 requests per 60-second window
  • Duplicate URLs within 24 hours return the cached report at no additional cost

API keys are issued per account, displayed once upon creation, and stored in hashed form. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Compromised keys should be revoked immediately from your dashboard.

Usage beyond your plan's monthly report allocation via API is billed as overage per Section 4. For custom volume agreements, contact support@runbrio.com.

10. Intellectual Property

Lampa Strategy's IP. The Service, including its analysis methodology, prompt engineering, report structure, scoring framework, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Lampa Strategy LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our technology beyond the license to use the Service as described.

Your content. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (such as logos and branding assets for white-label configuration). By uploading content, you grant Lampa Strategy a limited license to store and use that content solely to deliver the Service to you.

Report content. Reports are generated from publicly available data processed through Brio's proprietary analysis. You receive a license to use generated reports for your business purposes as described in Section 6. The underlying analytical framework and methodology remain Lampa Strategy's intellectual property.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Lampa Strategy makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Specifically, Lampa Strategy does not warrant that:

  • Reports will be error-free or that all data will be accurate or complete
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or available at all times
  • Reports constitute professional advice of any kind
  • Actions taken based on report findings will produce any specific business outcome

Reports are generated from publicly available data and automated analysis. They are informational tools, not substitutes for professional consulting, legal, or financial advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lampa Strategy's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Lampa Strategy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Lampa Strategy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lampa Strategy LLC, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
